For inside mount installation, please note that the shade width should be 1/4" less than the window width. The size you order refers to the shade size, not the window size, and no deductions will be taken. The minimum depth required for inside mount is 2.5". Keep in mind that the brackets included will add 0.75" on each side to the width, resulting in a fabric width that is at least 1.5" smaller in total. While this may create a small gap on the sides, it can usually be concealed by the window frame. If your frame is too thin, opt for an outside mount instead.

For outside mount installation, the shade width should be 3-6" wider than the window width, and the length should be 8-10" longer for better coverage. Our shades are suitable for both inside and outside mount, but it is crucial to provide accurate measurements. Refer to the MOUNT TYPE AND MEASUREMENT information below before placing your order.
